To Order:
The tabs above will show lists of our products when clicked on.  There is a separate page for each year of the census - click on the Census tab first, then choose a year to see all the available census sets.

Select items from the Census/Trade Directory/Maps pages by clicking on the 'Add to Basket' button alongside each product you require, and you will get a pop-up window which shows your basket. You can choose to continue shopping, or checkout your items.

Cheques in £ Stirling (made payable to S&N British Data Archive Ltd).
Money Orders in £ Stirling.

Delivery:
Our larger parcels require a signature on delivery. If this might be a problem, please provide details of a neighbour who is willing to accept and sign for your parcel.

Orders of items in stock are normally shipped next working day by 1st class post or courier, although please beware shipping may take longer at peak periods such as Christmas. If an item is out of stock you will be advised of this.

Advance orders for items not yet published will be sent as soon as possible after the item is published. Please note a postage and packing charge will be applied at time of order. This will be shown at the checkout stage. Please note the company name shown on your credit card statement will either be S&N Electrocomp Supplies, S&N Genealogy Supplies products or S&N British Data Archive Ltd for census products.

UK orders are sent by Royal Mail first class post.  We ship all over the world by Royal Mail. P&P is £2.50.
For heavy items - Europe: £10, Rest of the World: £20. (Heavy items are marked.)

Secure Site:
Our order pages are secured using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) - all the personal data you enter is encrypted before being sent to us.  These pages contain a mixture of secure items (the data fields) and non-secure ones (some of the pictures at the top and bottom of the screen), so you may or may not see the familiar padlock icon depending on your browser settings - but the data is always secure if the web address at the top of your screen begins "https://", for example :-
https://secure3.sandn.net/ (this is the page used for ordering CDs).  Internet Explorer will usually ask you if you want to display the non-secure items - you can always click the "no" box and then you will get the padlock anyway, there will just be a few pictures missing from the top and bottom of the screen - the pages still work the same way.
