research
further using a variety of lesser-known

their well-being. As well as taking a look
at digital records, it also covers some
of the more unusual documents available in
archives.

Finding where our ancestors lived in the years after the 1911 census can be a
challenge. It requires us to turn to alternative records, and some of the
best for this purpose are the Trade, Residential and Telephone Directories.
Using TheGenealogist's Master Search to look for householders in these
directories returns us many names from that time - some of whom are still
famous today.
