To see the coverage of any of our sets visit the National Archives Website and enter:

In box 1: the place name

In box 2: the year

In box 3: the reference (RG13 for 1901, RG12 for 1891, RG10 for 1871, RG9 for 1861, HO107 for 1851 or 1841).

This will give you the piece number which can be entered along with the year in the form to the right to take you to the specified census set.
